Zero Hour Outfitters is a Veteran owned and operated small business specializing in modern, high-quality military, survival, and outdoor equipment, to include both new and used military surplus. We are fellow outdoorsmen, backpackers, survivalists, shooters, and gear experts. We are military trained and combat-forged. We have over 15 years of military experience and growing, with 28 months in combat environments and over 12 months in semi-permissive environments. We are military certified close quarter battle and hand-to-hand combat instructors. We are continuing to discover, learn, and experience as we take on new adventures. We specialize in acquiring modern military surplus gear, both new and used, to the civilian market. Why military surplus? This is not your Vietnam Era H-Gear. Over decade of wars and as our service members take on new threats that threaten our freedom and way of life, they require the best gear. As such, the current military gear from standard to specialized units issue is cutting edge, often with the groundbreaking technology. As a whole, DoD has some of the biggest research and development (R&D) programs in order to develop the best gear for the service members who risk their lives for our own way of life. Each piece of gear is manufactured in accordance with MIL Standards, everything from materials used, to method constructed, to event type of threat and stitching. The DoD R&D has driven the civilian tactical industry to be competitive, many of which tend to reproduce the gear DoD has developed and/or paid to be developed by established manufacturers. We know good gear is not cheap. That is why Zero Hour Outfitters goal is to provide you with the best military surplus gear at a fraction of the price of the civilian equivalent. If it is good enough for our service members, to include Special Operations Forces, who honorably and successfully protect the freedoms we enjoy, it should be good enough for us. We will strive to have large variety of gear to meet your needs and equally important, your budgets.

By purchasing products from Zero Hour Outfitters and its affiliates, i.e. Safe Home Consulting and Bear Beam Firearms, the buyer represents he/she holds the seller, Zero Hour Outfitters and/or its affiliates, harmless for any and all information and products in this listing. It is the responsibility of the buyer and NOT the seller, to ascertain and obey any and all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to purchase, possession and/or use of any item purchased by any means from Zero Hour Outfitters and/or its affiliates.
It is also the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine that the particular product is suitable for the use intended, and that it complies with all acceptable regulations, standards. Zero Hour Outfitters and/or its affiliates, is not and will not be held liable for any damages arising from the abuse or improper use of the equipment. Failure to follow all adequate safety precautions, provide proper inspections and maintenance services is fault of purchase and/or user, for which Zero Hour Outfitters and/or its affiliates will not be held liable. Once purchased and delivered to the shipping carrier, purchased items are out of Zero Hour Outfitters and its affiliates control, thus ALL responsibility shifts from Zero Hour Outfitters and its affiliates to the purchaser and/or user.
By choosing to use the products you purchase and receive from Zero Hour Outfitters and its affiliates, purchaser and/or user accept full responsibility for any liability arising out of their use. Purchaser and/or user is liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, any damages arising under negligence, any consequential damages whether foreseeable or not, any economic loss, and any other liability and damages due to any cause arising from using or obtaining the products received from Zero Hour Outfitters and its affiliates.
PAYMENT: Payment is due within seventy-two (72) hours of Auction Close and/or Purchase Commitment. If Payment Confirmation is not received within seventy-two (72) hours and Zero Hour Outfitters is not notified prior to, Zero Hour Outfitters will report the Buyer/Bidder/Purchaser to eBay as a Non-Paying Bidder, or in case of a purchase made directly with Zero Hour Outfitters, Zero Hour Outfitters will prohibit any further business transaction with the customer in question. Zero Hour Outfitters will then immediately re-list the item(s) and/or offer it for purchase. Shipping will be performed within one to three (1-3) business days of Payment Confirmation; however, Zero Hour Outfitters will strive to ship-out all purchases within twenty-four (24) hours of a cleared payment. Please contact Zero Hour Outfitters in advance if you require specific shipping options.
WARRANTY, EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
All sales are considered “AS-IS” and FINAL. Zero Hour Outfitters does not warranty and is not responsible for the condition, repair, or replacement of damaged equipment or components unless otherwise noted or previously specified and/or arraigned. In circumstances regarding to shipping damage, delays or loss, packaging error, or inaccurate product listing or representation, Zero Hour Outfitters will Warranty, Exchange, or Return said product within thirty (30) days of purchase date. Replacement or Exchange will be made with a same or similar item, of relative same or similar condition or value. With that said, we do understand things happen and the customer may have circumstances in which he/she is required to return the purchase. As such, returns should be coordinated with and approved by Zero Hour Outfitters prior to returning the purchase. Zero Hour Outfitters maintains the right to handle and honor or dishonor each claim on a case-by-case basis, at the full discretion of Zero Hour Outfitters. Any Items Returned for Refund will incur a fifteen percent (15%) Restocking Fee, unless otherwise waived by Zero Hour Outfitters. Return shipping costs will be paid by, and will be the responsibility of the customer or buyer, unless previously arranged with Zero Hour Outfitters. Shipping Claims with the Shipping Carrier will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise coordinated and agreed upon by Zero Hour Outfitters.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Zero Hour Outfitters offers international sale and shipping for items not prohibited by Export Control, as established and governed by the U.S. Government. In order to provide an economical shipping option, Zero Hour Outfitters does offer U.S. Postal Service International First Class and Priority shipping option, as well as at times UPS and FedEx. In those instances where a service is selected that does not provide and/or tracking of the shipment is not available, Zero Hour Outfitters is NOT responsible for the item(s) once they are delivered and accepted by the shipping carrier, i.e. U.S. Postal Service. Additionally, Zero Hour Outfitters will include a customs form when legally obligated with the exact purchase price, for which Import and/or custom taxes will be sole responsibility of the buyer. If shipping insurance is desired and/or required, it is the responsibility of the buyer to request a quote with shipping insurance prior to paying for the item(s).

COMBINED SHIPPING:
Zero Hour Outfitters does combine shipping, in order to provide the most economical and fastest options to the customers. Zero Hour Outfitters will automatically combine shipping on all orders placed directly with Zero Hour Outfitters, unless the terms of the order require shipping to multiple customers. In case of eBay, Zero Hour Outfitters will attempt, but not guaranty, to automatically combine purchase, but due to the high volume of transactions, the buyer is responsible for requesting a combined shipping invoice in order to ensure his/her orders are combined. Combined Invoice can be requested through the buyer’s shopping cart by clicking the “Request Combined Invoice” button located in the top right corner of the shopping cart or by contacting Zero Hour Outfitters via eBay.
